Eyal Reshef is the founder & CEO of the IMA. He founded IMA as the main hub to the Israeli communication industry, which enables operators, vendors and system integrators fast access to a huge portfolio of companies. Eyal managed to grow IMA from an idea to an energetic eco-system with global network of business partners, deep relationships with leading operators, while establishing IMA as the umbrella brand for Israeli innovation in communication. Before moving into the CEO position, Eyal served as the Chairman of the IMA (pro-bono position), for one year during which he transformed a non-profit organization called the IMIF (Israel Mobile Internet Forum) into the IMA, raising funding, launching the IMA Tech, IMA technology arm sponsored by the office of the Chief Scientist, which accelerates the absorption of technology knowledge for the Israeli start-ups and high tech companies. Before joining the IMA Eyal was the VP Marketing of Tadlys, a developer of Bluetooth local network. Previous positions: Director of Product Marketing at CT Motion, a developer of a location based service platform; Part of the management team that founded Orange Israel, as Marketing Director for the Business Market, in charge of creating penetration strategy and implementing it from zero to 500K customers. Before joining orange Eyal worked as a Strategy and marketing consultant and was a partner at Mitzuv Ltd a leading Israeliconsultancy.

Keren Shilo is Vice President and Head of IMA Acceleration Center for IMA (Israel Mobile & Media Association). In this role, Keren is responsible for leading IMA Acceleration Center’s strategy and activities, including all supporting partnerships and services. For over 13 years, Keren has provided management, sales, consulting and technical expertise to several industry-leading companies in the software, internet and cellular market. Before joining IMA Keren led complex multi-disciplinary projects for Ericsson, a world-leading provider of telecommunications equipment and services to mobile and fixed network operators, and managed projects in the Israeli telecom industry, bringing value from integrating new solutions into customer networks. Keren started her career in Amdocs, a market leader in software and services for service providers in the communications, media and entertainment industry, holding positions of sales management, professional services consultancy and development management. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the Academic College of Tel Aviv-Jaffa and a PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification from the Project Management Institute.

Shalom joined to IMA on May 2012 as an Executive Assistant to CEO. Shalom manages IMA acceleration lab and takes care of the devices testing, sales and suppliers/customers relations.
He manages IMA main project- participating in the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona and is responsible for all the logistics side.
Before working at IMA Shalom was an IT & operation manager at Yashar Architects.
Shalom is about to receive his degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Ben-Gurion university.

Hila is in charge of Account management and business development for IMA's portfolio companies.
In the past few years Hila was the Senior Key Accounts Manager at Outform Ltd. Working mainly on the RIM and Motorola Mobility accounts whom she brought to be $M of Dollars account. Hila sold products to almost every carrier and country in the world managing projects from brief stage in Israel through Development in China and Deployment in customer's local, mainly US, Brazil and European markets.
Prior to that Hila worked with Mattel on their licensed products in the Israeli market.
Hila holds a Bachelor's degree in the PPE program ( Philosophy, Political Science and Economics) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Lena Orian joined Ima in October 2012 as Senior Bookkeper. Prior to joining Ima Lena worked as AR Bookkeper at Ceragon for almost 3 years, prior Ceragon she was 6 years with Aladdin now Safenet as AP Bookkeper.

Being IMA's Community Manager, I am offering daily features and functions that allowed community creation and maintaining a basis relationship with the IMA community.
As IMA's community manager I am responsible for planning, executing and managing the IMA's successful conferences projects – starting from analyzing the market and discovering the trends, through assembling the steering committees, building winning partnerships and networking with worldwide speakers and companies, create new collaborations and determining the agenda, to create opportunities for High-Tech companies in the area of new media and the mobile eco-system.
